Do I need and appointment?Walk-Ins are welcome! But keep in mind there is really busy times when you might be asked to wait for fitting room and try ons might be limited to 2 or 3 dresses. If you rather to schedule your appointment, please calls us (801) 226 1493 we will be happy to help you or you can also Shop online. What is your price range?We have a wide variety of different Designers, Styles and brands for our Customers. Most of our clients find Beautiful dresses in their price point and preference. We offer beautiful dresses at great prices for every budget.

What Designers?We carry Davinci, House of Wu, Quinceanera Collection, Marys Bridal, Ragazza Fashion, Adan Terriquez, and many others. Our collections vary depending the season. If you are looking some specific designers please call us.

Do you offer alterations?Simple alterations can be done at our Store. If you need an alteration that takes more time, we can refer you to a local alteration shop.

How long does it take to get my Dress?We have a lot of Styles available at the Store. If you special order, it takes anywhere from 2-12 weeks (depending on Designer availability). Some orders can be delivered to our Store within 3 business days (rush fee applies).

Do you offer refunds / exchanges?Based on the nature of our products (Special Occasions Dresses and accessories )we do not take returns. Our goal is to provide our Customers with Clean quality dresses and accessories. So we do not offer refunds or exchanges on purchases made in Store. Including special orders for future events once the order has been placed with the Designer. We place orders right away to keep our compromise with delivery date given to the customer. However, we do value your business and it is our goal to make you happy. All orders placed online have guaranteed shipping. If your order does not arrive on time, simply email us in writing at sophiasspecialoccasions@gmail.com to request a partial refund or exchange within 3 days of when the item is shipped or expected. All returned items must have a return tracking # for proof of shipment and must be unworn and accompanied by the original receipt and package with tags still attached. Customer will be charged 20% re stocking fee and shipping. This return policy does not apply to Dresses / accessories ordered with specific measurements and/or requirements. Before we send a Dress/accessories to our Customer we do inspect the order carefully to make sure you are fully satisfied.

Do you offer consignment?We do not. All of our Dresses are new. We guarantee we have the BEST PRICES and QUALITY in the area. Plus we stem the dress for free.
